Her relationship with Lucasfilm/ Disney ended. However, she found opportunities elsewhere.

If there is one defining characteristic of the average western feminist it is their propensity for turning their personal problems into everyone's problems. Meaning, they have a habit of projecting their insecurities and outrage on the rest of the world, weaponizing their own unhappiness and turning it into an activist movement. If they are miserable, other people are not allowed to feel content; that would be unfair.
It is for this reason that modern feminism is often accused of being an ideological cult for narcissists. Everything about it seems to be designed to elevate and appeal to the worst kinds of people. Not only that, but the belief system is now so pervasive in western countries, especially among the college educated, that 60% of women say they identify and agree with the "common definition" of feminism, even though the common definition does not match the behavior and motives of most feminists.
Enter the "Passport Bros", a movement of men in the west (primarily American men) traveling outside their countries to find wives in foreign places known for more traditional women that defy feminist taboos. The movement has gained exponential traction and attention in the past year as most countries are finally lifting covid restrictions, allowing more men to travel.
Breaking from the notion of "mail order brides" which has existed for decades, Passport Bros are going overseas with the intention of marrying outside the US as a way to avoid crushing divorce laws. The strategy also makes them less likely to be exploited by foreign women only looking for access to US citizenship. It is this key difference which has feminists in the west outraged.
While the mail order bride concept has been criticized by feminism in the past as being "exploitative," feminists often joke that foreigners are "only using American men" to get green cards and then divorce them to take half of their wealth. In other words, they find it amusing for men to look for love on the other side of the world only to be treated by foreign women the same way they are treated by American women. But the PB movement avoids this dynamic, which is making feminists angrier than ever.
It should be noted that some feminists in the US are attempting to start their own "Passport Sis" movement, going overseas looking for marriage. They are failing miserably, discovering that men in foreign countries put up with their combativeness far less than their American counterparts. There is also no parallel movement of foreign men flying to the US to seek out American women. Meaning, woke western women are considered the bottom of the barrel by men in their own countries and they are not sought after by foreign men either.
Instead of reflecting on their own flaws and ideals as the cause of this trend, feminists instead do what they always do - Try to sabotage the happiness of others and bottleneck all social discourse through their own narrow filter of the world. If you stay and court them, you are evil. If you walk away from them, you are evil. So, why not walk away?

The co-option and erasure of popular heroes (or anti-heroes) is representative of the disturbing politicization of our times. Oxfam has released an "inclusive language" guide which apologizes for using the English language before going on to deem a number of words offensive, such as: "headquarters", "local", "people", "mother" and "feminine hygiene"
Yes, really. The poverty and hunger charity was slammed for caving to absurd levels of political correctness after issuing the bizarre 92-page guidance to staff members.
Apparently, merely using the English language is now racist and offensive.
The word "headquarters" is criticized because it "implies a colonial power dynamic" while "field trip" is also frowned upon because it can "reinforce colonial attitudes"
Critics slammed the ludicrous language guide and said that Oxfam should concentrate on charity work rather than policing the words people are allowed to use.

It's not just your typical forced diversity pie chart film, it's Strange World, now considered by many to be Disney's "wokest children's movie ever" because of its prominent gay teen protagonist.
Overt woke propaganda is not a big seller these days, though to be fair Disney started production on the film in 2021 when it might have assumed that progressive ideology could still be imposed on the American public.
2022 appears to be the year of the death of woke entertainment, at least at the box office and in streaming numbers with the majority of overtly leftist productions taking an epic nose dive in profits.
Streaming shows like The Rings Of Power on Amazon and films like the gay comedy romance Bros are facing some of the worst audience numbers relative to their budgets in the history of popular media, and Strange World may be the most dismal performer of all.
Pro-woke producers and writers have admitted in the past that their agenda has to be implanted into popular legacy franchise products like Star Wars, Ghostbusters, Star Trek, and Marvel in order to trick people into the theaters. Whenever they create original stories rooted in diversity politics they fail miserably.
It is a rare moment of self awareness for leftists; the problem is that they never seem to ask themselves why this is the case? Or, perhaps they just don't care that the vast majority of audiences find these movies repellent.
There are many successful films with gay characters in the US and globally; it is not necessarily an indicator of box office poison. However, American audiences and foreign audiences alike are not welcoming of LGBT content for children.
In the past decade the LGBT issue transformed from a predominantly social issue into something else entirely. The gay movement (and trans movement) is now a political movement. They have made the sexual into the political with an agenda far beyond "equality" which they have already achieved.

Amazon is particularly worried because they have spent billions in production costs already for a show that now has a 37% audience ratings score on Rotten Tomatoes. It appears they have decided that they won't allow the same thing to happen on their own website.
Amazon is currently blocking reviews for 72 hours in order to "weed out the trolls" Meaning, they will most likely remove numerous negative reviews and keep all positive reviews in order to artificially boost the show's audience rating.
There has been suspicion of this kind of behavior by Amazon and other websites in the past when it comes to woke productions, but this is the first time they have blatantly declared censorship of negative reviews. At the very least, it is a sign of panic among the Hollywood establishment as they face widespread exposure of their propaganda.
