Human law

Human law has nothing to do with morality or doing the right thing, never has, and never will.
For many years, some people were allowed to be owners of other people and treat them like slaves.
For many years, experiments on people were legal, and they were later banned in Geneva Conventions and other international treaties.

Human law is relative. Relative in time and relative in space.

There are so many laws in each state and they are so complicated, that even lawyers need to look them up and navigate them like a maze.
Actually, we might break a few tens of laws every day, unintentionally and without being aware of it.

Common law

Natural law

Natural law ALWAYS holds true, regardless of the population’s belief system.
A wrong doing will always be a wrong doing anywhere & anytime, it will never be right.

All rights are property rights. All wrongs are theft, or stealing of property.
An indivitual CANNOT delegate, grant, or license another indivitual or group to do wrong, and call it right.

Under natural law, everyone has exactly the same rights.
The rights cannot be given, or revoked, they are permanent.

Quotes

I think that we should be men first, and subjects afterward. It is not so desirable to cultivate a respect for the law, so much as for the right.
– Henry David Thoreau, Civil Disobedience, 1849

We should never forget that everything Adolf Hitler did in Germany was “legal” and everything the Hungarian freedom fighters did in Hungary was “illegal”.
– Martin Luther King, Jr., “Letter from Birmingham Jail,” Why We Can’t Wait, 1963

Justice denied anywhere diminishes justice everywhere.
– Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929-1968)

So let us regard this as settled: what is morally wrong can never be advantageous, even when it enables you to make some gain that you believe to be to your advantage.
The mere act of believing that some wrongful course of action constitutes an advantage is pernicious.
– Marcus Tullius Cicero (106-43 B.C.)

Cowardice asks the question - is it safe? Expediency asks the question - is it politic? Vanity asks the question - is it popular? But conscience asks the question - is it right?
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular; but one must take it because it is right.
– Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Justice is conscience, not a personal conscience but the conscience of the whole of humanity. Those who clearly recognize the voice of their own conscience usually recognize also the voice of justice.
– Alexander Solzhenitsyn

A people that values its privileges above its principles soon loses both.
– Dwight Eisenhower

Universal law is as immutable as the seasons, as inevitable as the course of the stars, and no metaphysical maestro is going to alter these inevitables in ten lessons or in ten million lessons. The law of cause and effect is as inevitable as day and night, as certain as the tides, and as constant as the ages. This law says that ‘as ye sow, so shall ye reap’. What you earn comes to you, what you have not earned can never be yours, and neither god nor man can alter the complexion of these facts.
– Manly P. Hall

If you really are serious about knowing how to restore the Republic and your freedom you need to put some effort into knowing how our freedoms are being robbed from us by fraud, lack of full disclosure, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation every day of our lives and have been for over 100 years by the criminals who have hijacked our government, wealth, and heritage for their own gain and evil intentions.

The Dumb Ox Speaks: Aquinas and Natural Law

https://youtube.com/watch?v=isO86M5cohM
Edward Krasevac, OP contends that we must understand Aquinas’s concept of natural law as a primarily theological, rather than philosophical, concept. Natural law helps us understand how nature expresses the goodness of creation, but also directs us to the way that nature can be perfected by grace. Natural goods and the moral life await the redemption of grace, which always assumes the goodness of what it redeems.

What is common law and why is it being misinterpreted?

Bogus interpretations in relation to Covid are becoming common strand across extremist groups
A plethora of new, anti-lockdown and anti-vaccine groups are promoting it, including in some cases running bogus “courses” alongside training in civil disobedience techniques.
Some have attempted to disrupt vaccination centres by claiming that police are carrying out criminal investigations into the work after activists entered stations and made allegations. Police stress that reference numbers provided on these occasions to activists, who post footage on social media, do not mean there are investigations.
